Orange Group of FL, LLC was founded in 2005 by a team of seasoned real estate professionals who identified a need for alternative flexible real estate investment strategies in a market challenged by limited inventory and opportunities.
After quickly establishing itself as a competitive alternative real estate investment broker on a regional playing field, Orange Group of FL, LLC expanded into the multi housing management business, acquiring and repositioning apartment properties throughout the region.
In 2015, Orange Group established a development division focused on ground-up construction and development of single family homes, commercial properties and residential apartments.
